RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We stand behind every bottle of Strawberry Skin Cream. We offer a
results-based 90-day money-back guarantee on all orders.
WHAT THIS MEANS
If, within 90 days of receiving your order, you don't see the results
you expected, you can return your product for a full refund — even if
the bottle has been used or is partially empty. We don't need it
unused. We don't need original packaging. We just need to make sure
we make it right.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Contact us at oceaura@zirly.store with your order number. We'll respond
within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping
label.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first — packages
sent without prior arrangement may be delayed or refused.
REFUND TIMELINE
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-10
business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank
or card issuer, the refund may take an additional 3-7 days to appear
on your statement.
DAMAGES OR WRONG ITEMS
Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective,
or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at oceaura@zirly.store with
photos and we will replace it at no charge or refund you in full.
EU CUSTOMERS — 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are located in the European Union, you have an additional
right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason
and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer law. To
exercise this right, contact us at oceaura@zirly.store. This 14-day
right is in addition to our 90-day guarantee.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns on:
- Gift cards
- Items returned more than 90 days after delivery
- Items returned without prior contact and authorization
EXCHANGES
If you'd like to exchange your item for something else in our store,
the fastest way is to return your original item for a refund and then
place a separate order for the new item.
